Open up our wholesale area by either clicking ‘HELP’ in the banner at the top or by scrolling to the bottom of our page and clicking ‘WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS’. Both will take you to the same page.

You’ll reach the following page for Wholesale Enquiries. You can either submit an enquiry here or if you want to go ahead and create an account with us (or to log in), please follow the next few steps...

You’ll be taken to our sign up page where you can enter all your contact details and business information. 

a. If in the UK, please enter your VAT number.
b. If in the EU, please enter your VAT number in order for the correct tax to be applied to your order.
c. If in the US, we require resale certificates in order to approve you. Please send these to sales@dockandbay.com and enter NA in the VAT box.
d. If in the rest of the world, please enter NA in the VAT box as this is again not required.

You’ll then receive an email confirming that we’ve received your account request. We aim to approve your account in 48 hours but look out for the approval email. NB: You won’t be able to create a password or log in until we approve your account.

Once approved, you’ll receive an email asking you to create a password in order to activate your account. Please click the button and enter your chosen password.

Once activated, you’ll be able to log on to our wholesale website and start your sales journey with us, we can't wait to have you on board!
